Mr. Ashamalla is the Senior Partner of Peoples Advocate Group. He currently handles a wide variety of matters including: Real Estate, Immigration, Foreclosure Defense, Criminal /DUI, Family Law and Estate Planning.

Mr. Ashamalla has represented people in all immigration matters, Real Estate, Foreclosure lawsuits, DUI, Residential and Commercial real estate closings and many other real estate matters; and has successfully obtained multi-million dollar judgments on behalf of borrowers against banking institutions committing fraud.

During Law School, Mr. Ashamalla was active member for the Center for Justice in Capital Cases At DePaul University. Mr. Ashamalla during this time at the Center worked on numerous capital defense cases.

Mr. Ashamalla is admitted to practice in all Illinois State Courts. He can speak conversational in Spanish and has fluency in Arabic. Mr. Ashamalla is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
